How to Make Meatballs

— Ingredients —

egg — 1 1 egg

sirloin — 1/2 lb. 227 g sirloin

sausage — 1/2 lb. 227 g sausage

garlic cloves — 2 2 garlic cloves

onion — 1/2 cup 75 g onion

Parmesean cheese — 1/2 cup 50 g Parmesean cheese

Worcestershire sauce — 2 tsp 9.86 ml Worcestershire sauce

Italian bread crumbs — 1/4 cup 25 g Italian bread crumbs

basil — 1 tsp 0.71 g basil

oregano — 1 tsp 1 g oregano

sage — 1 tsp 0.68 g sage

rosemary — 1 tsp 1 g rosemary

thyme — 1 tsp 0.91 g thyme

salt — 1 pinch 0.36 g salt

pepper — 1 pinch 0.36 g pepper

— Instructions —

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Beat the egg in a large bowl, and add the other ingredients.
Use your hands to mix until just combined.
Shape mixture into balls, and place balls into the wells of a mini muffin pan.
Bake in oven until cooked through (about 15 minutes).
