When I watched Mary Poppins as a kid, I always wanted to try raspberry ice. Little did I know how easy it was to make!

How to Make Raspberry Ice

— Ingredients —

water
1 cup water
sugar
1/2 cup sugar
raspberries
3 cups raspberries

— Instructions —

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  2. Once cool, combine with raspberries in blender.
  3. Puree the mixture, strain into a dish, and freeze (at least 4 hours).
