How to Make Streusel

— Ingredients —

brown sugar
1/2 cup 100 g brown sugar
white sugar
1/2 cup 104 g white sugar
flour
1/2 cup 64 g flour
oleo
1/4 cup 55 g oleo

— Instructions —

  1. Mix brown sugar, white sugar, and flour in a small bowl.
  2. Cut in butter and mix until crumbly (not dough).
  3. Cover, and refrigerate until needed (up to 3 days in advance).
