How to Make Meatballs

— Ingredients —

egg
1 1 egg
sirloin
1/2 lb. 227 g sirloin
(ground)
sausage
1/2 lb. 227 g sausage
(ground)
garlic cloves
2 2 garlic cloves
(minced)
onion
1/2 cup 75 g onion
(chopped)
Parmesean cheese
1/2 cup 50 g Parmesean cheese
Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp 9.86 ml Worcestershire sauce
Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup 25 g Italian bread crumbs
basil
1 tsp 0.71 g basil
oregano
1 tsp 1 g oregano
sage
1 tsp 0.68 g sage
rosemary
1 tsp 1 g rosemary
thyme
1 tsp 0.91 g thyme
salt
1 pinch 0.36 g salt
pepper
1 pinch 0.36 g pepper

— Instructions —

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Beat the egg in a large bowl, and add the other ingredients.
  3. Use your hands to mix until just combined.
  4. Shape mixture into balls, and place balls into the wells of a mini muffin pan.
  5. Bake in oven until cooked through (about 15 minutes).
