Making Sausages Inna Bun

You will need:

  • 2 lbs. bratwurst sausages
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 cup + 5 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cans beer, each 12 fluid ounces
  • 10 hoagie rolls


  1. Prick sausages with fork.
  2. Combine beer, 1 cup butter, green pepper slices, and onion slices in a large pot.
  3. Add sausages, and let simmer over medium heat (about 15 minutes).
  4. Remove sausages from pot and grill until evenly browned (about 12 minutes). At the same time, butter and grill hoagie rolls.
  5. Place each sausage in a hoagie roll, and top with onion and green pepper slices.
  6. Stun the sausage before serving (just in case).

You will need:

  • Cheap sausages (preferably pig)
  • "Herbs"
  • Stale wheat bun (with mold shaved off)
  • Stout (thoroughly scummed)
  • Mustard


  1. Debone sausages. Stuff with "Herbs."
  2. Boil in stout until convincingly cooked. Flick off excess stout and place on bun.
  3. Apply thoroughly with mustard. Serve and then move to a different state.
