How to Make Amumoodles

— Ingredients —

spinach noodles
3 oz. 90 g spinach noodles
basil pesto
2 tbsp 31.5 g basil pesto
yellow cherry tomatoes
(at least 1) (at least 1) yellow cherry tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
1 tsp 5 g Parmesan cheese
(grated)

— Instructions —

  1. Boil pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain pasta and mix in the pesto and half the parmesean.
  3. Arrange in plate or bowl, and sprinkle on the remaining parmesean.
  4. Cut the yellow cherry tomato in half and arrange each half on top of pasta for Amumu's mournful eyes.
