"We'll start with raspberry ice, and then, some cakes and tea." - Mary Poppins
When I watched Mary Poppins as a kid, I always wanted to try raspberry ice. Little did I know how easy it was to make!
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- Once cool, combine with raspberries in blender.
- Puree the mixture, strain into a dish, and freeze (at least 4 hours).
