How to Make Raspberry Juice

— Ingredients —

raspberries
1/2 cup 62.5 g raspberries
water
1/2 cup 118 ml water
honey
1/4 cup 62.5 ml honey
(fresh, high-grade)

— Instructions —

  1. In a pot, bring raspberries and water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let simmer (about 3 minutes). Stir in honey.
  3. Remove from heat, and let cool.
  4. Strain, reserving the juice.
