Soft Cheese & Watercress Sandwich

— Chef's Note —

"This good food, I am thinking it is very likeful." - Brantalis

Watercress is often paired with cream cheese and cucumber, but Brie, cream cheese, Camembert, or goat cheese all make fine choices for this tea sandwich. Leftover watercress (including stalks) can be used to make shrimp'n'hotroot soup.
